I worked for Catalyst in Guildford for 10 years specialising in alcohol and drug misuse and gambling. I am also a specialist in working with families/partners of someone who misuses substances.

Personal Approach:

I am an integrated humanistic counsellor specialising in the person centred approach. If appropriate, I will also integrate Transactional Analysis, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) or Gestalt Therapy. I receive regular professional supervision and meet all BACP requirements for supervision and for continuing professional development eductation.
